Purchases are usually posted within 3 working days after your order has been placed and paid for. 

Our postage fees are calculated on total cart price. 

Please tick the appropriate box if you would like to have a signature on your package at delivery. We suggest you add a signature on orders over $120.

We use Australia Post and orders will be delivered with in their standard delivery times, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Bolga and Kenyan baskets may be shipped in their folded down version, just like the way we receive them for easy shipment. They are easy to reshape and you will receive instructions on how to do so with your purchase or easily follow instructions on our how to care for your product page.

Please consider that our merchandise is not factory made but hand crafted by Artisans in rural Africa and globally to create unique one off items. If there is a slight blemish or imperfection it just adds to its character and you can be proud you have selected a slow fashioned piece to enjoy for many years.

If you decide your purchase is not what was described on the site or is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods and explain your situation. Please wait to here back from us before returning item.

We will give you grace to return your item in its original form unused, within 7 days after we have emailed you, at your, the customers, postal expense for a full refund of the item, not including postage.

It is recommend to package the product well and to use a tracking service with signature when returning your item, as we are unable to take responsibility for items damaged or lost when being returned to us.
